1. Before you get going, you require the information sent by Conceptia including:
If you do not have this information then please contact us as you will not be able to continue with the setup.
2. Start Outlook Express, and then under the 'Tools' menu dropdown located at the top of the program, press the 'Accounts' tab, and a new window should open up for the account setup to begin.

3. Press the 'Add' tab.

4. Follow on by pressing on the 'Mail...' tab where indicated. This will open the Internet Connection Wizard.

5. On the 'Your Name' page of the wizard, type your name as you want it to appear to everyone who gets e-mail messages from you, and then press the 'Next' tab. For consistency it is best to use your full name, and blank spaces are fine to use in this part.
6. On the 'Internet E-mail Address' page, type your e-mail address, and then press the 'Next' tab.

7. Next is the 'E-mail Server Names' page. Make sure that you select 'POP3' from the select box and then fill in the next two boxes, refering to the incoming server (mail.conceptia.co.uk) and outgoing server (mail.conceptia.co.uk).
Once the boxes are filled in with the correct informaion then press the 'Next' tab to proceed.

8. On the 'Internet Mail Login' page, type your account username and password. Your username is the your email address previously inserted into the setup and the password which Conceptia have sent to you. Click the checkbox labelled 'Remember Password'.
NOTE : Make sure that the checkbox labelled 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)' is kept unchecked.

9. Press the 'Next' tab, followed by the 'Finish' to finish creating your account.
You should now find yourself back at the 'Internet Accounts' page and your new account highlighed in the 'Mail' tabbed box
Select the account that you have just created and press on the 'Properties' tab on the right side of the window, and a new window will appear.

10. If not already selected, select the tab labelled 'Servers', and check that the Server Information is that, which you previously entered.

11. At the bottom of this window you will see a checkbox labelled 'My server requires authentication', make sure that this box is ticked.
Now if you go to the 'Advanced' tab back along the top of the window and you will notice that the 'Outgoing mail(SMTP)' is set to 25, if you set this to 255 and then press the 'Apply' tab to activate the changes and return back to the 'Internet Accounts' window. Finally Press the 'Close' tab to finish the setup.
You're ready to send your first e-mail!
